Master EK Spiritual and Service Mission with Sri EAK at the helm, chalked out various service, spiritual and group living activities throughout the year culminating on the 100th birthday, 11 Aug 2026. This year celebrations coincided with two very exclusive occasions. 10th August happened to be Master CVV’s birthday as per the lunar calander, August 12th happened to be Madame HP Blavatsky’s birthday and the Aradhanotsavam of Master VPS.

This time eight Upanayanams were conducted on the 10 August itself. 
Numerous Namakaranam (Naming Ceremony), AksharaaBhyaasam (Initiation into Studies) and Annapraashana( First solid meal to the Kid) ceremonies were conducted to various kids by Sri EAK and Smt MangaTayaru couple.

The day-1 witnessed the devotional Sankeertanam by Sri Varanasi Ramachandra Murthy (Ramu Anna) team and culminated with a beautiful and engrossing cultural programme presented by Bharata Bharati kids of KothaGudem, Hyderabad and SwethaDweepam  branches. The kids presented a dance drama and also enacted the events of Master EK’s childhood in a very endearing and professional performance. Audiences were enthralled by the finesse and hard-work put in by the kids in presenting the programme which everyone enjoyed to the hilt.

August 11 being the Master EK’s birthday, special Abhishekam (consecration) to the Master’s statue was conducted by every participant attending the Gurupooja Celebration as the part of the daily Pooja. The highlights of the second day programme included the grand book release function by Sri EAK, Swamy VinishchalAnanda and Sri M Srimannarayana. The Telugu books Kucheludu, Guruvu, Leela Maanusha Vigrahudu and Patanjali Yoga Prasangamulu part-2 were released. Patanjali Yoga Prasangamulu part-2 was released with an all new improved look and most authentic content. The content was meticulously curated by a dedicated team under the guidance of Sri EAK. The team had painstakingly reproduced the Master EK’s audio recordings verbatim. Very few missing portions and jumbled audio portions were carefully edited by Sri EAK. The authenticity of the text is now doubly ensured by way of audio QR codes provided in the book itself which when scanned, hyperlink to the relevant audio recording in YouTube channel for a complete and authentic experience of the Master EK’s audio recordings. Sri M Srimannarayana recounted the painstaking efforts of the whole team especially Smt D Revathi who has composed, edited and re-edited the manuscripts into print-ready form in a record time. The afternoon resonated with the sonorous Veena performance by V. Padmaja.

The day culminated with the enactment of the play called Swayamvaram written by Master EK by Dr E Ananthacharya’s team. Timed in contemporary era, the play comically and satirically portrays the socio-cultural lifestyle of youngsters on the verge of getting married. The audience were treated to a magical experience helped by the immaculate script, gripping performance and great coordination by the actors who did complete justice to the script. 

The Day -3 witnessed the Grantha Goshti team presenting the Master EK’s PurushaMedhamu in the post-Puja session. The audience were treated to a mellifluous rendering of Carnatic music vocal performance in the afternoon by Kum Krishna Priya. 

Each day of the Gurupoojas started with Veda Pathanam (Vedic Chanting) and GuruStuti ( Hymns to the Master). The three day programme was replete with discourses by various speakers highlighting various facets of spiritual life as enunciated by Master EK in his books and through his life.

The clelebrations came to an end with the Paduka Puja & GopalKhel conducted with devotional fervour and enthusiasm.

మానవాళిపై అవ్యాజ కరుణతో మాస్టర్ ఇ.కె.గారు ప్రసాదించినవే గురుపూజలు. జీవితమంతా గురుపూజగా మలచుకోవటానికి శిక్షణాలయమే బాహ్యంగా జరిగే గురుపూజలు. "గురుపూజలు వస్తున్నాయి అనుకోవటంలోనే ఆధ్యాత్మిక సాధన యిమిడి ఉన్నది. గురుపూజల కోసం చేసే ఏర్పాట్లకి కావలసిన ప్రయత్నంలో మనస్సు, వాక్కు దేహము, క్రమశిక్షణ పొందుతాయి. కార్యసాధన సామర్థ్యం పెరుగుతుంది. ఒకే ప్రయత్నరూపంలో పదిమందిలో ఒకే ప్రజ్ఞ (సి.వి.వి.) అంతర్యామిగా స్థిరపడుతుంది. ప్రతి సంవత్సరం మీలో ఈ మార్పు రావటం, వచ్చింది స్థిరపడటం గురుపూజల వలన జరుగుతుంది. కనుక గురుపూజలంటే 11, 12, 13 తేదీలకు ముందు జరిగే ప్రయత్నం. ఇదే యోగసాధన. దీని బాహ్యపూజలే గురుపూజలు" అని మాస్టర్ ఇ.కె.గారు ఉద్ఘాటించారు.

గురుపూజలు ఎందుకు పెట్టారో తెలియజేస్తూ"క్రమశిక్షణము, ఆచరణము, అభ్యాసము, సేవ అనేవి ఆధారముగా గలిగిన యోగపధ్ధతిని అభ్యాసము చేయటానికి మనము ఈ గురుపూజలు పెట్టుకున్నాము. గురుపూజలు అయిపోయి ఇంటిదగ్గరకు వెళ్ళిన తరువాత కూడా గృహ నిర్వహణము, భోజనము, ఆఫీసు నిర్వహణము, ఇతర కర్తవ్య నిర్వహణము, సమాజములో బాధ్యతా నిర్వహణము- వీట్లలో గూడ పవిత్రత, ఆచరణీయత నిర్వర్తించుచున్నట్లయితే 24 గంటలు గురుపూజ అవుతుంది.365 రోజులు గురుపూజ అవుతుంది"అని మాస్టరుగారు ఉద్బోధించారు.

గురుపూజలంటే అనేక వందల కుటుంబాల వారు కలసిపోయి, తారతమ్యాలు కరగిపోయి వారు ఒకే కుటుంబంగా మెలగడమే కాక వారందరూ గురువనే అంతర్యామి మహాప్రజ్ఞకు వ్యక్తిగత ప్రజ్ఞ అర్పణ చేసి దానిలో లీనమై ఒకే ప్రజ్ఞగా వర్తించటం. సామూహిక జీవనంలోని మాధుర్యాన్ని చవిచూడటంతో పాటు అంతర్యామి ప్రజ్ఞలో భాగంగా వర్తించే అవకాశం కలగడం వల్ల, వ్యక్తిగత జీవితానికి అతీతమైన అనుభూతి సిద్ధిస్తుంది.ఈ యజ్ఞార్థ కార్యక్రమ నిర్వహణ ద్వారా శ్రీకృష్ణుడు ఏర్పరచిన బృందావన ప్రణాళికకు వెలుగు దారులు నిర్మించారు మాస్టరు ఇ.కె.గారు. బృందావనం అంటే బృందాలుగా అవనం చెందటం. అనగా బృందాలుగా తరించటం ( Group Salvation).

గురుపూజల కోచ్చేవారిలో ఆడపెండ్లి వారనీ, మగపెండ్లి వారనీ రెండు రకాలని మాస్టరుగారు చమత్కరించేవారు. సేవ చేసేవారు ఆడపెండ్లివారు.ఆ సేవలను అందుకొనేవారు మగపెండ్లివారు. అయితే ఈ సంవత్సరం మగపెండ్లివారుగా మసలినవారు, తరవాత సంవత్సరాలలో ఆడపెండ్లివారుగా మారి సేవ చేయటం గురుపూజల ప్రత్యేకత."అతిథులెవరూ లేరు,అందరూ సేవకులే!"అన్నది గురుపూజలకు వచ్చేవారికి మాస్టరుగారు అందించిన సందేశం.

గురుపూజలలో పనులు ఏ ఒక్కరూ ప్రత్యేకంగా చేయటం ఉండదు. అందరూ కలిసి చేయటం ఉంటుంది. ఒకరికోసం ఒకరు చేసుకోవ టంలో ఉండే సదుపాయం, ఆనందం అందరికీ ఆ మూడురోజులు అర్థమవుతాయి. జీవితం అంతా అదే అనుభవంతో గడపటం నేర్పటానికే మాస్టరుగారు ఈ ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. పనులు మనం చెయ్య టం అనేదిపోయి, మన ద్వారా జరగటం అంటే ఏమిటో గురుపూజలలో తెలుస్తుంది.

గురుపూజలలో పనులు జరిగే విధానంలో ప్రత్యేకంగా గుర్తించ వలసినది ఒకటి ఉంది. మామూలుగా ఏదైనా ఒక ఫంక్షన్ గాని, ఒక ఉత్సవంగాని ఏర్పాటు చేసినపుడు ఎవరెవరు ఏయే పనులు చెయ్యాలి అనేది ముందుగానే ఏర్పాటు చేయబడి, ఆ ప్రకారం నడవటం జరుగుతుంది. గురుపూజలలో ప్రత్యేకంగా వీరు మాత్రమే ఈ పనులు చేయాలి అని ఉండదు. ముందుగా పనులు ప్రారంభించటానికి మాత్రం కొంతమందికి కొన్ని పనులు అప్పగిస్తారు. ఆ తరువాత గురుపూజలలో పాల్గొనటానికి వచ్చిన సోదరులే తమ పనులు తాము చేసుకుంటూ, ఇతరులకు సహాయం చేస్తారు. వచ్చినవారు తమకు తామే నీటివసతి, భోజనవసతి మొదలైనవి కల్పించుకుంటారు. గురుపూజలకు చాలా మంది అతిథులుగా, ఆహ్వానితులుగా కాక సోదరులుగా, సేవకులుగావస్తారు. గురుపూజల ప్రాంగణంలో దిగగానే వెంటనే ఏదో ఒక పని లోనికి అడుగుపెట్టటం జరుగుతుంది. సాధారణంగా లోకంలో ఇంతపని చెయ్యవలసి వస్తోందే అని బాధపడుతూ ఉంటారు. గురుపూజలలో, అయితే ఇంతకంటే ఎక్కువపని, ఇంతకంటే తక్కువ కాలంలో, ఇంతకంటే బాగా ఎలా చెయ్యగలం? అని ఆలోచిస్తూ ఉంటారు. దీనివల్లనే ఎంత పని చేసినా అలసిపోవటం ఉండదు. పనిచేస్తూ విశ్రాంతి పొందటం అనేది ఇక్కడ మనకు అభ్యాసం అవుతుంది. ఇంకొక విషయం కూడా ఉంది. ఒకడు చేస్తున్నపని ఎక్కువ అనిగాని, ఒకడు చేస్తున్న పని తక్కువ అనిగాని ఉండదు. ఎవరు ఏ పని చేసినా మాస్టరుగారికి సమర్పణగానే చేస్తారు. ఆ పనిలో మాస్టరుగారిని చూసి చేస్తారు.

గురపూజలలో పనిచేస్తున్న దృష్టి ఎవ్వరికీ ఉండదు. ఉదయం 4 గంటలకు లేచిన దగ్గరనుండి, రాత్రి 12 గంటల వరకు పనిచేసినా అలసిపోవడం ఉండదు. వంటలు చేసేవారు, చేయించేవారు అయితే తొమ్మిదవ తారీకు నుండి 14 వ తారీకు వరకు నిద్రపోవటం ఉండదు. నిద్ర లేకుండా, విశ్రాంతి లేకుండా ఇంతమంది ఎలా శ్రమపడ గలుగుతున్నారు? ఒకటే రహస్యం. శ్రమ అని భావించకపోవటమే ! చేయవలసినపని చేయటం తప్ప దానిని గూర్చిన చర్చలు గాని, విమర్శలుగాని ఉండవు.

గురుపూజలకి రావడం అనేది జీవితంలో ఒక ఘట్టం. అసలు గురుపూజలు జరుగుతాయి అని తెలియడం, తెలిశాక ఆ గురుపూజలకి రావాలని సంకల్పం కలగడం, ఆ సంకల్పం వచ్చిన తరువాత గురుపూజలకి రాగలగడం ఒక్కొక్కటి ఒక్కొక్క ఘట్టం. గురుపూజలకి అనుకోకుండా వచ్చేవారు ఉన్నారు. రావాలని సంవత్సరాల తరబడి ప్రయత్నం చేసి రాలేకపోయిన వారూ ఉన్నారు. ఇది ఏమిటి, ఎందుకు, ఎలాగ - అనే ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం మాస్టరుగారు చెప్పవలసిందే ! ఒక్కటి మాత్రం నిజం. గురుపూజలకి రావడం ప్రారంభించిన నాటి నుంచీ జీవితం వేరు. అంతకుముందు జీవితం వేరు. ఈ మార్పు స్పష్టంగా తెలుస్తునే ఉంటుంది. "వచ్చేటప్పుడు NIL, పోయేటప్పుడు FULL" అనేది గురుపూజలలో పాల్గొన్న వారందరికీ కలిగే అనుభూతి.ఒక్కమాటలో చెప్పాలంటే మాస్టరు గారి విశ్వరూపం గురుపూజలు!!!

Reminiscing the virtues of the Lord and revelling in His glory is the only true path to liberation from the pangs of Samsāra.

The Bhāgavata Purāṇa stands as the elixir of eternal wisdom, encompassing the essence of the Vedas and guiding devoted seekers along the time-honored path that leads to the divine realm, ultimately bestowing Viṣṇu Sāyujya—oneness with the Supreme Lord. The enlightened Masters have always emphasized that community living, infused with a spirit of brotherhood, forms the foundation for true individual progress in this evolutionary journey, especially in the present age.

In keeping with this sacred tradition, our revered Master Sri Ekkirala Anantha Krishna has graciously bestowed upon us yet another divine opportunity—the seven-day congregation for the study of Śrīmad Bhāgavatam, to be held from 30th March to 5th April 2025 at Ṣukratāl, Uttar Pradesh.

This year, we will delve into the profound Second Canto (Dvitīya Skandha), illuminated by Master EK in his timeless commentary, Bhāgavata Rahasya Prakāśamu. This canto is revered as the very essence of the Purāṇa, revealing deep occult wisdom that is often overlooked due to its depth and complexity. Yet, Master EK has rendered its teachings with clarity and accessibility. Under the guidance of his son and disciple, Sri E. Anantha Krishna, we shall undertake this sacred study.

In addition, the brotherhood will collectively recite the full text of the Purāṇa in both Sanskrit and Telugu throughout the week. This year’s venue and timing are especially significant—Ṣukratāl is the hallowed site where the divine sage Śuka Yogi first delivered the seven-day discourse on Śrīmad Bhāgavatam to Emperor Parīkṣit.

In alignment with the sacred Navarātri leading up to Śrī Rāma Navami, we also propose a group recital of the Vālmīki Rāmāyaṇa, enhancing the sanctity and spiritual depth of the occasion.

More than 550 blessed disciples from across the country are set to attend this Bhāgavata Saptāham in person. We earnestly invite those unable to be physically present to join us online, and immerse themselves in the grace of the Lord.
